Position Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of critical care nursing professionals
• Oversee unit operations, including staffing, scheduling, and budget management
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice implementation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Manage clinical outcomes through monitoring of key performance indicators
• Implement best practices in critical care nursing and patient safety

Required Qualifications

• Current Kansas RN license
• BSN required, MSN preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 3 years ICU nursing experience

• Excellence in EKG interpretation, ventilator management, and critical care protocols
