Cardiovascular Services Manager - Cath Lab Leadership Opportunity

Join our premier healthcare facility in Kansas as a Cardiovascular Services Manager, where you'll lead our state-of-the-art Cardiovascular and Imaging departments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations of the Cardiovascular departments
  • Manage workflow optimization and departmental efficiency
  • Provide administrative oversight for Imaging Services departments
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient care
  • Serve as backup to the director when needed
  • Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures
  • Monitor quality metrics and implement improvement initiatives
  • Mentor and develop staff members

Required Qualifications:

  • Either:
    • ARRT Registration and Kansas State Board of Healing Arts Certification as a Radiologic Technologist
    • OR Kansas State/Multi-State RN Licensure
  • Graduate degree from accredited Radiologic Technology program or nursing school
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Minimum one year leadership experience
  • Strong Cath Lab experience (RN or RT)
  • Demonstrated team building and leadership abilities
  • Excellence in clinical skills and operational management
