Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate patient care delivery across the unit, ensuring excellence in clinical outcomes

• Implement and monitor evidence-based nursing practices and quality improvement initiatives
• Manage staff scheduling, development, and performance evaluation processes

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license with state of practice or active compact license
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• BSN preferred; graduate of accredited nursing program required
• ACLS and BLS certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making capabilities
• Excellence in team leadership and interpersonal communication
