Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our established outpatient rehabilitation center in beautiful New Mexico. In this role, you'll provide exceptional patient care while working with state-of-the-art equipment in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patient conditions to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation protocols
• Document patient progress and maintain detailed medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Provide patient and family education on rehabilitation techniques
• Utilize modern therapeutic equipment and modalities

Requirements:

• Current Physical Therapist license in New Mexico (or license-eligible)
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's Degree preferred
• Strong understanding of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 2-year commitment preferred
• Experience with outpatient rehabilitation preferred
