Clinical Unit Manager - Short-Term Rehabilitation (RN)

A leading healthcare facility in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Clinical Unit Manager for our dynamic Short-Term Rehabilitation unit. Position Overview

As the Clinical Unit Manager, you will oversee our medical/surgical-style rehabilitation unit, managing patient stays up to 15 days while ensuring exceptional care standards and operational excellence.

Essential Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the short-term rehabilitation unit
• Ensure high-quality patient care and positive outcomes
• Develop and maintain staff accountability measures
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff
• Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Implement quality improvement initiatives
• Manage unit resources and budgets

Required Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
• 5+ years of nursing experience in Med/Surg, Rehabilitation, or LTC/STR settings
• 3+ years of proven nurse leadership experience
• Strong clinical assessment and wound care knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop healthcare teams
