Medical Director, Behavioral Health & Addiction Medicine

Join our dynamic healthcare organization as a Medical Director, where you'll lead our integrated behavioral health and addiction medicine programs. This executive-level position offers an opportunity to shape the future of patient care while working with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in beautiful Washington state.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical oversight and program development for our CCBHC-certified facility
  • Direct medical and psychiatric services while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Spearhead integration of physical and behavioral healthcare services
  • Develop and supervise fellowship programs with regional healthcare partners
  • Recruit and mentor physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and program development
  • Provide clinical consultation and leadership across all treatment programs

Required Qualifications:

  • MD/DO with current Washington State medical license and prescriptive authority
  • Board certification in Addiction Medicine strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment
  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration
  • Strong background in quality improvement and regulatory compliance
  • Excellence in team building and interprofessional collaboration
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
