Medical Director, Behavioral Health & Addiction Medicine

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical oversight and program development for our CCBHC-certified facility
- Direct medical and psychiatric services while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Spearhead integration of physical and behavioral healthcare services
- Develop and supervise fellowship programs with regional healthcare partners
- Recruit and mentor physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and program development
- Provide clinical consultation and leadership across all treatment programs
Required Qualifications:
- MD/DO with current Washington State medical license and prescriptive authority
- Board certification in Addiction Medicine strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration
- Strong background in quality improvement and regulatory compliance
- Excellence in team building and interprofessional collaboration
- Outstanding communication and relationship management skills
