Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (Ultrasound Technologist)

Position Overview

Join our growing healthcare facility in delivering exceptional patient care as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer. In this role, you'll perform a wide range of ultrasound procedures while working alongside our experienced medical team in a modern, fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures across diverse patient populations (neonatal to geriatric)
• Generate and analyze high-quality diagnostic images following departmental protocols
• Collaborate with Radiologists and healthcare team members
• Maintain detailed patient records and documentation
• Ensure equipment functionality and maintain quality control standards
• Provide compassionate patient care and education

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• ARDMS certification in at least one specialty area
• Current BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to assist patients and manage equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical diagnostic ultrasound experience
• Multiple ARDMS specialty registries
• Experience with various ultrasound systems and PACS
