Emergency Department Clinical Manager - Night Shift

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing ED team during night shift operations
• Drive clinical excellence through implementation of evidence-based practices
• Oversee patient flow and resource management to optimize ED throughput
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and accreditations
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and professional development of ED personnel
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license with Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 3 years recent Emergency Department leadership experience
• Current BLS certification
• Proven track record in emergency nursing and clinical operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to obtain ACLS within 90 days of hire
• Ability to obtain PALS within 5 months of hire
