Clinical Nurse Manager - Labor & Delivery Unit

Join our dynamic healthcare organization as a Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager, where you'll lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional maternal care. Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of L&D nurses and support staff
  • Drive clinical excellence through implementation of evidence-based practices
  • Oversee daily unit operations, staffing, and resource management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies
  • Monitor and improve quality metrics and patient satisfaction scores
  • Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination
  • Manage unit budget and resource allocation
  • Drive continuous improvement in maternal care outcomes
  • Foster a culture of safety and patient-centered care

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Current RN license in state of practice or compact license
  • Minimum 1 year of healthcare leadership experience
  • BLS certification required
  • Strong clinical background in Labor & Delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • RNC-OB certification
  • NRP and FHM certifications
  • ACLS certification
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
