Position Overview
As VP of Emergency Services, you will lead the strategic direction, quality initiatives, and business development of our Emergency Services division, while fostering a culture of excellence in patient care delivery and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead strategic planning and implementation of emergency services initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
- Drive clinical excellence through evidence-based practices and quality improvement programs
- Lead physician engagement and collaboration to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
- Oversee operational performance, including patient throughput, capacity management, and resource utilization
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to grow market presence and enhance community health outcomes
- Direct financial performance, including budget management, resource allocation, and ROI optimization
- Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a culture of engagement and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
- Current RN licensure in state of practice or active compact license
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in emergency services or acute care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proven track record in healthcare operations and strategic planning
