Operating Room Nurse Manager - Perioperative Services Leadership

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operating Room Nurse Manager to lead our state-of-the-art perioperative services department in Texas. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all perioperative department operations, aligning with hospital mission and goals

Required Qualifications:

• BSN degree from an accredited institution
• Current Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact License
• Minimum 5 years of recent acute care perioperative nursing management experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
• CNOR certification required within one year of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
• Previous charge nurse or supervisor experience in OR setting
• Experience with electronic health records and scheduling systems
