• Foster collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Monitor and improve clinical performance metrics and patient throughput
• Direct quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred)
• Current RN license in state of practice or active compact license
• Minimum 3+ years of acute care case management experience
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Case Management Certification
• InterQual or IQCI Certification
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Experience with healthcare quality metrics and process improvement
