Core Responsibilities

• Drive clinical excellence through leadership of daily unit operations and staff development
• Orchestrate efficient patient admission and discharge processes to optimize throughput
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care outcomes
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives
• Lead staff scheduling and resource allocation to ensure optimal patient care coverage
• Mentor and develop nursing staff through education and performance management
• Champion patient-first philosophy and service excellence initiatives
• Manage inventory control and equipment resources effectively

Required Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license or compact state license
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum 1 year of recent leadership experience in acute care hospital setting (Critical Care/ICU)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Ability to obtain ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification within 60 days of hire
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellence in communication and team leadership
