Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Telemetry Unit) - Leadership Opportunity in Austin

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate patient care delivery in the Telemetry Unit, ensuring optimal clinical outcomes
• Drive operational excellence through efficient admission and discharge processes

• Implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
• Manage staff scheduling and resource allocation to maintain optimal patient care ratios

Required Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license or compact license
• BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
• Minimum 2 years recent acute care Telemetry Charge Nurse experience (within the last year)
• Current BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
• ACLS certification (must be obtained within 30 days of employment)
