Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) - Intimate Birthing Unit

Join our close-knit Labor & Delivery team where you'll provide personalized, one-on-one care to expectant mothers in our intimate birthing unit. Located in a supportive environment with exceptional leadership, this role offers the perfect blend of professional growth and work-life balance.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated 1:1 patient care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period
• Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout the birthing process
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Assist in cesarean deliveries and emergency situations
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Provide patient education on postpartum care and newborn care

Qualifications:

• Current RN license or pending licensure
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• New graduates welcome - experience in Labor & Delivery is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-stress situations
