Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Current RN licensure in Texas or eligible for compact licensure
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience in healthcare
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical and operational management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- RNC-OB certification
- ACLS certification
- NRP certification
- Fetal Heart Monitoring certification
- Previous Labor & Delivery experience
