Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Hospital Setting

Required Qualifications:
- PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
- ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or three years of clinical pharmacy experience
- Current Virginia pharmacist license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Strong clinical decision-making and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- PGY2 specialization or equivalent clinical experience
- Previous hospital pharmacy experience
- Experience with electronic health record systems
