Required Qualifications:

• PharmD degree from an ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
• ASHP-accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency or three years of clinical pharmacy experience
• Current Virginia pharmacist license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical decision-making and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• PGY2 specialization or equivalent clinical experience
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience with electronic health record systems
