Senior Imaging Department Manager | Healthcare Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Imaging Department Manager to join our healthcare facility. In this leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of our state-of-the-art imaging department while ensuring exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily clinical, technical, and operational functions of the Imaging Department
• Ensure exceptional patient care delivery across all age groups, from neonate to geriatric
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and maintain departmental performance metrics
• Oversee staff competency, development, and training programs
• Manage department budget and resource allocation effectively
• Maintain compliance with Joint Commission, state, federal, and local regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the facility

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Radiologic Technology, or related field
• Current certification from ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS
• 5+ years experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in an acute care setting
• Proficiency in Hospital and Radiology Information Systems
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make critical decisions
