Essential Responsibilities

• Oversee medication preparation and dispensing for both inpatient and outpatient services
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system
• Provide clinical pharmacy services and drug information
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Monitor drug therapy for safety and effectiveness
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
• Current New York State Pharmacist License (or eligible for licensure)
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong computer proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evening shifts (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM primary)
