Essential Responsibilities

• Perform complex diagnostic ultrasound procedures with a high degree of independence
• Customize examination protocols based on patient conditions and diagnostic requirements
• Operate sophisticated ultrasound equipment and maintain image quality standards
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members
• Maintain detailed patient records using Epic EMR system
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor junior sonographers and students

Required Qualifications

• ARDMS registration with ABD or OB/GYN credential
• Graduate of CAAHEP-accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
• Minimum 2 years of clinical scanning experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to assist patients and manage equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Level I trauma center experience
• Epic EMR proficiency
• Multiple ARDMS credentials
• Bachelor's degree in related field

Schedule Details

• Night Shift Position: Sunday 9PM-7AM, Monday-Wednesday 8PM-6AM
• Potential for additional on-call responsibilities
