Join our progressive healthcare team as an Imaging Services Supervisor in beautiful Middlebury, Vermont. Lead a dedicated team of radiologic technologists while maintaining hands-on clinical expertise in our state-of-the-art imaging facility performing 25,000+ annual examinations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for daily imaging services across multiple modalities
• Supervise and mentor radiologic technology staff in a newly unionized environment
• Maintain clinical proficiency across imaging modalities including Digital Radiography, CT, Mammography, and Fluoroscopy
• Manage department scheduling, workflow optimization, and quality control processes
• Oversee inventory management and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with Radiology Director on departmental initiatives and communications
• Participate in clinical coverage as needed for optimal department operations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Certificate in Radiologic Technology
• Current ARRT(R) certification plus additional certification in CT or Mammography
• Vermont State Radiologic Technologist license (or eligible)
• 5+ years clinical radiology experience
• 1+ year supervisory experience
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with digital imaging systems and PACS

Preferred Qualifications

• Dual certification in CT and Mammography
• Experience with Epic EMR and Visage PACS
• Prior supervision in a union environment
• Bachelor's degree in related field
