Position Overview:

• Full-time position in high-volume Emergency Department (22,000+ annual visits)
• $200,000 annual compensation ($115/hour, 1099 contract)
• Modern EMR system supporting efficient workflow
• Collaborative practice environment with experienced physicians

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive emergency care in fast-paced environment
• Perform advanced trauma management and acute care procedures
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Ensure seamless care transitions and documentation

 

Required Qualifications:

• Active PA or NP license (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medicine or acute care experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Graduate of accredited NP or PA program
• Strong clinical decision-making abilities
• Excellence in team collaboration

 

Preferred:

• ATLS certification
• Previous Level II trauma center experience

 

Schedule Highlights:

• 12 shifts per month average
• Monday-Friday: 11am-11pm
• Saturday-Sunday: 11am-9pm
• No overnight shifts required
