Cardiovascular Services Manager - Cath Lab Leadership Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee daily operations of multiple Cardiovascular departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance department efficiency
- Manage staff scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards
- Participate in leadership coverage rotation for Imaging Services
- Drive continuous improvement in patient care and operational processes
Required Qualifications:
- Current ARRT registration and Kansas State Board of Healing Arts certification as a Radiologic Technologist OR
- Active RN license in Kansas or Multi-State Nursing License
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum one year of leadership experience
- Strong Cath Lab experience (RN or RT background)
- Demonstrated excellence in team leadership and clinical operations
