Progressive Care Neuro Trauma (PCNT) Nurse Manager - Critical Care Leadership Opportunity

Essential Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of nursing professionals in a critical care setting
• Direct daily unit operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and patient flow management
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Facilitate effective communication between multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, specialists, and support staff
• Drive patient and family satisfaction through exceptional service delivery
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
• Participate in strategic planning and budget management for the unit

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current RN license in New Hampshire or valid Compact State License
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• 3-7 years of acute care nursing experience in a critical care environment
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in neuro trauma care
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• PCCN (Progressive Care Certified Nurse) Certification
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) Certification
• TCAR (Trauma Care After Resuscitation) Certification
• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
