Senior Cardiovascular Catheterization Laboratory Technologist

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Senior Cath Lab Technologist where you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional cardiovascular care. We're seeking an experienced professional to support our state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory, performing advanced cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute complex cardiac procedures including catheterizations, coronary interventions, and structural heart procedures (LAAC, TAVR)
• Perform EP device implementations, ablation therapies, and interventional radiology procedures
• Monitor patient vital signs and assist in emergency situations during procedures
• Maintain sterile field and assist physicians during procedures
• Coordinate patient care from transport through recovery
• Document procedures and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams using SBAR communication protocols
• Train and mentor new team members

Required Qualifications:

• Current ARRT and/or RCIS certification
• 4+ years of Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience
• Proven experience in scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating
• Current BLS certification (American Red Cross or AHA)
• ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• Strong knowledge of cardiac and vascular anatomy
• Excellent stress management and organizational skills
