Clinical Program Coordinator - Immune Effector Cell Therapy | BMT/Oncology

Core Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for the multidisciplinary transplant team
• Coordinate and facilitate telemedicine conferences between transplant physicians, referring providers, and patients
• Manage patient care pathways and develop meaningful therapeutic relationships
• Lead process improvement initiatives and promote evidence-based best practices
• Ensure compliance with FACT accreditation standards and CIBMTR requirements
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training in cellular therapy protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Florida or valid multistate license
• 3+ years of recent acute care leadership experience in oncology, hematology, or transplant services
• Current BCLS certification
• Commitment to obtain BMTCN, OCN certification, or advanced degree within 2 years

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Transplant and Cellular Therapy (TCT) or Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) programs
• Prior experience with CAR T-cell therapy and immune effector cell programs
• Advanced degree in nursing or related field
