Clinical Nursing Manager - Acute Care Services
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nursing Manager to lead our Acute Care Department. In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee patient care delivery, manage clinical operations, and drive quality improvement initiatives while mentoring a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor clinical staff while promoting excellence in patient care delivery
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, and resource management of the acute care unit
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and best practices
- Monitor department performance metrics and patient outcomes
- Manage departmental budget and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies

Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- 2-3 years of recent acute care nursing leadership experience
- BSN preferred; Associates in Nursing considered
- BCLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
- Experience with quality improvement methodologies
