CT/CAT Scan Technologist - Advanced Medical Imaging Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate advanced CT imaging equipment to perform diagnostic procedures
• Ensure optimal image quality while maintaining radiation safety protocols
• Process and organize medical images within PACS system
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members
• Position patients properly and provide clear procedure instructions
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Maintain detailed patient records and procedure documentation
• Perform quality control checks on imaging equipment

Required Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Radiological Technology
• Current Florida State Registered Radiologic Technician License
• ARRT Registration as a Radiographer
• CT Registry (ARRT)
• Current BCLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year CT experience (3 years preferred)
• Comprehensive knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
• Expertise in head, body, musculoskeletal, spine, and chest imaging
