Clinical Registered Nurse - Acute Care | Full-Time Position

Position Overview

As a Clinical RN, you'll autonomously manage patient care and treatment while working alongside our accomplished healthcare team. This role offers the perfect blend of independent decision-making and collaborative practice in an acute care setting.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient health assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Lead clinical decision-making and autonomous patient care management
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Implement and monitor treatment plans while ensuring patient safety
• Provide patient and family education regarding medications, procedures, and treatments
• Manage medical resources and equipment efficiently
• Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed medical records
• Champion patient advocacy and safety initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Florida or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)
• Experience with electronic medical records
