Clinical Nurse Manager - Acute Care Services
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Acute Care Services department. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and optimize patient care delivery systems to ensure seamless continuum of care
- Lead performance improvement initiatives and resource utilization strategies
- Develop and implement comprehensive staff and patient education programs
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to enhance healthcare outcomes
- Evaluate and recommend new healthcare technologies and services
- Manage complex patient cases through multi-disciplinary care coordination
- Oversee research projects under IRB guidelines
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with facility objectives
- Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license or Advanced Nurse Practitioner certification
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of recent acute care management experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in adult inpatient hospital settings
- BCLS certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
