Clinical Registered Nurse - Acute Care (RN)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital changes throughout scheduled shifts
• Execute physician-ordered procedures and treatments with precision and accuracy
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses while documenting all care in EMR systems
• Deliver patient-centered care that anticipates and promptly addresses patient needs
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Provide detailed education to patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and aftercare
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all nursing interventions and patient responses

Required Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license in state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year recent Acute Care RN experience (within the last 4 years)
• Registered Nurse diploma or higher degree in Nursing
• Ability to obtain ACLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
