Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of pediatric emergency nurses
- Drive clinical excellence through evidence-based practice implementation

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics
- Optimize patient flow and care coordination across departments

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Texas RN license or active Compact license
- 3-5 years pediatric emergency department experience
- 3-5 years leadership experience in acute care setting
- BLS, ACLS certifications
- PALS certification (required within 90 days)
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN)
- Experience with quality improvement initiatives
- Strong track record of team development
