Clinical Director of Women's Health & Labor and Delivery Services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive clinical excellence by implementing evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
  • Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals in providing superior patient-centered care
  • Develop and maintain strategic plans for department growth and optimization
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accreditation standards
  • Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
  • Foster interdisciplinary collaboration and communication across departments
  • Oversee patient flow optimization and capacity management
  • Drive initiatives to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Current RN license in state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Minimum 5 years L&D clinical experience
  • Proven leadership experience in women's health services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
  • RNC-OB Certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM) certification
