Clinical Nurse Manager - Oncology Unit

We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Oncology Unit. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, champion evidence-based practices, and foster a culture of excellence in patient care while leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of oncology nurses while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care delivery
• Drive clinical excellence through implementation of evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives
• Manage unit operations, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Oversee patient care delivery, admission processes, and discharge planning
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Oncology Chemotherapy Administration Certification
• Current BCLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare leadership experience
• Strong clinical background in oncology nursing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
