Clinical Imaging Manager - Radiology Services

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Clinical Imaging Manager to lead our state-of-the-art Imaging Department. In this key leadership role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure clinical excellence, and drive operational efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct clinical, technical, and operational functions of the Imaging Department, ensuring optimal resource utilization and service delivery
• Lead quality assurance programs and maintain compliance with Joint Commission, state, federal, and local regulatory requirements
• Oversee staff development, competency assessment, and performance improvement initiatives
• Manage departmental budget and resource allocation
• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and protocols
• Ensure exceptional patient care standards across all age groups, from neonate to geriatric
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Serve as department authority in Director's absence

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Current certification in ARRT, NMTCB, or ARDMS
• 5+ years experience as a Radiologic Technologist
• 3+ years supervisory experience in acute care setting
• Proficiency in Hospital and Radiology Information Systems
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make critical decisions
