• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, CDC)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of recent acute care infection prevention leadership experience
• Current or eligible for Certification in Infection Prevention and Control (CIC)
• Strong knowledge of CDC guidelines, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practices
• Excellence in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience with quality improvement initiatives and program development
