Director of Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Services

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead our state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. This leadership position offers the opportunity to drive clinical excellence, mentor staff, and shape the future of cardiovascular care at our facility.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the Cardiac Catheterization and EP Labs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive staff training programs to ensure clinical excellence
  • Manage departmental budget, staffing plans, and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards
  • Foster positive relationships with physicians, staff, and interdepartmental teams
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and workflow optimization
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge of cardiac procedures and protocols
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and staff development abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
  • Cardiovascular certification (RCIS, CCRN, or equivalent)
  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of cardiac information systems and EPIC
