Patient Access Operations Manager - Healthcare Administration

- Oversee quality assurance processes for all registration areas
- Manage departmental operations, including FTE allocation and budget oversight
- Direct and optimize daily registration workflows and staff productivity
- Facilitate resolution of patient concerns and maintain service excellence
- Conduct performance monitoring and staff development initiatives
- Drive operational efficiency through data analysis and process improvement
- Provide on-call leadership support to ensure 24/7 operational coverage
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in Patient Access within an acute care setting
- Proven experience in large hospital operations (800+ beds)
- Strong understanding of healthcare registration processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in healthcare information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
