Clinical Registered Nurse II (RN-II) - Medical/Surgical Unit

Core Responsibilities:
- Implement comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation

Required Qualifications:
- Current RN license or eligibility for licensure in Virginia
- Associate Degree in Nursing (RN Diploma, ASN, or ADN)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Specialty nursing certifications
- Leadership or charge nurse experience
