Clinical Nurse Manager - Behavioral Health Services

Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of behavioral health professionals, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff development
- Implement and maintain clinical standards, policies, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient care outcomes
- Manage daily operations, including staffing schedules, productivity metrics, and resource allocation
- Coordinate comprehensive staff education programs and annual competency assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery and satisfaction
- Serve as clinical expert in behavioral health nursing practices and treatment modalities
- Support program development aligned with organizational mission and strategic goals
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse license required
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of inpatient behavioral health nursing experience
- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or management role
- Strong clinical expertise in acute psychiatric care and crisis intervention
- BCLS certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (must obtain within 30 days of hire)
