Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Nevada.
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active vehicle insurance.
• CPR certification (current and valid).
• Ability to drive to and provide care in clients’ homes.
• Excellent clinical skills with the ability to bedside chart effectively.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation in line with company, state, and federal standards.
• Successful completion of a Home Health Nurse Exam (minimum score of 80%).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• A compassionate, adaptable, and patient-focused mindset.
