Senior Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient rehabilitation center. In this role, you'll provide exceptional patient care while working with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals in a modern, well-equipped facility. This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive physical therapy treatment plans
• Perform advanced therapeutic interventions across musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary systems
• Conduct functional assessments, including range of motion, manual muscle testing, and gait analysis
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain detailed patient documentation and progress reports
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuing education programs

Required Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
• Current state Physical Therapy license
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing education
• Experience with electronic medical records systems
