Position Overview

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you'll develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, working directly with patients to restore function, alleviate pain, and enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals and medical history
• Perform comprehensive assessments including functional activities, range of motion, and gait analysis
• Deliver evidence-based treatments for musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary conditions
• Implement therapeutic exercise programs and functional training
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain detailed patient documentation and progress reports
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuing education programs

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current state Physical Therapy license or eligible for licensure
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
