Position Overview

As a valued member of our rehabilitation team, you'll work alongside licensed Physical Therapists to provide high-quality therapeutic services and contribute to optimal patient outcomes in our modern outpatient facility.

Essential Responsibilities

• Implement prescribed treatment plans and therapeutic interventions under PT supervision
• Perform patient assessments including ROM, strength testing, and gait analysis
• Administer therapeutic modalities including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and manual therapy
• Provide therapeutic exercise instruction and progress patients through rehabilitation protocols
• Conduct gait training and balance exercises
• Create and demonstrate home exercise programs
• Maintain detailed electronic health records and progress documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary team collaboration for comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program
• Current state PTA license or eligible for licensure
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in electronic documentation systems
