Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Unit

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in EMR
• Mentor and support nursing support staff while fostering a collaborative work environment

Required Qualifications:

• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• BSN from an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP as needed)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
