Client seeks an experienced Medical Billing Operations Manager to lead our revenue cycle management team. This key leadership role oversees all aspects of medical billing, coding, and insurance claims processing while managing a dedicated team of billing professionals in our ophthalmology practice.

$65,000-$70,000 Annual Salary

Core Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize revenue cycle operations including claims processing, payment posting, and accounts receivable
• Lead and mentor a team of medical billers and coders
• Oversee provider credentialing and maintain insurance relationships
• Conduct quality assurance audits and maintain compliance standards
• Manage insurance claim appeals and denials
• Implement best practices for maximum reimbursement
• Drive process improvement initiatives
• Facilitate staff training and development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years medical billing experience, ophthalmology preferred
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Expert knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and medical coding guidelines
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management
• Experience with Nextech EHR system
• Excellence in Microsoft Office applications
• Associate degree required, Bachelor's preferred
