• Interpret financial metrics, address underperformance, and drive profitability.

🔹 Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to state, federal, and company regulations.
• Oversee employee files, certifications, and annual training requirements.
• Conduct staff meetings, compliance audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage facility safety, equipment calibration, and OSHA compliance.

🔹 Clinical Excellence

• Treat patients while maintaining high clinical standards and best practices.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and medical necessity.

Qualifications

✔ Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain).
✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills in a healthcare setting.

✔ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist patients as needed.
✔ CPR certification required.
