Healthcare Regulatory Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all regulatory compliance and accreditation activities across the facility
• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance monitoring systems and processes
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies including CMS and The Joint Commission (TJC)
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure continuous compliance
• Partner with department leaders to implement compliance improvements
• Provide education and training on regulatory requirements and best practices
• Create and maintain documentation for regulatory submissions and surveys
• Lead preparation for accreditation surveys and regulatory inspections

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• 3+ years of healthcare compliance or quality management experience
• Demonstrated experience with CMS regulations and TJC standards
• CPHQ certification or equivalent healthcare quality certification
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and accreditation processes
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
