4-Day Workweek Near Tahoe & Sacramento

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $215K+ base salary plus productivity bonuses
• Schedule: Four-day workweek
• Work Setting: Outpatient clinic & newborn rounding in a community hospital
• Call: 1:5 rotation, including responsibility for high-risk deliveries

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care in a well-established Rural Health Clinic
• Maintain hospital exposure by rounding on newborns
• Collaborate with obstetricians and certified nurse midwives
• Deliver continuity of care for a large insured patient population
• Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient documentation

Qualifications:

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician
• Eligible for California Medical License
• Passion for providing high-quality care in a community-based hospital setting
