Salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year
We are seeking an experienced Regional Nursing Program Director to oversee multiple nursing education sites. This leadership role involves developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing program activities at both campus and regional levels. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring program compliance, maintaining high educational standards, and fostering strong partnerships with healthcare facilities. This position reports directly to the Assistant Nursing Dean and Chief Academic Officer and includes special project assignments.
Develop and manage all aspects of the nursing program, including policy creation and updates.
Prepare reports and documentation for state and Nursing Board compliance, accreditation, and site visits.
Establish partnerships with clinical sites and evaluate their ability to meet program objectives.
Oversee admissions, student orientation, and advising to ensure a seamless student experience.
Monitor faculty performance, participate in recruitment, and oversee faculty meetings and training.
Assign faculty to courses and clinical sites, ensuring quality instruction and compliance with regulations.
Maintain up-to-date clinical contracts and oversee clinical site evaluations.
Ensure students meet graduation and licensing exam requirements.
Participate in strategic planning, faculty development, and nursing advisory committees.
Conduct regular campus site visits to maintain compliance with accreditation standards and company policies.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of three years’ experience as an RN, including at least one year in nursing education or administration.
At least two years of teaching experience.
Completion of coursework in administration, teaching, and curriculum development.
